Healthy Food vs. Unhealthy Food
Food is sold in traditional grocery stores, bulk food warehouses, farmers markets and many other places. But how do you know healthy foods from unhealthy foods when you are somewhere that doesn't have labels, like in the farmers market?
Just because you are somewhere that you have fresh food from local farms doesn't mean it's "healthy".

What does your heart rate have to do with burning fat or muscle?! EVERYTHING!
This is absolutely "CRITICAL" information for you to have if you are attempting to lose fat!
The higher your heart rate, the LESS fat you burn!
If you keep your heart rate under 60% of your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR), you will be burning close to 100% fat for energy.
The "wives tale" about 'getting your heart rate up because it's so great for you' is the opposite of what you want! Your body controls you - not the other way around. You have your opinions and desires, but you cannot change how your body functions.
You can, however, learn enough about your body (right here in Garrison Body) so that you can obtain the goals you desire. You just need to know "How" first.

Simple Exercise
Exercise encompasses a lot of wives tales and jargon, but you only need to know that it means you are doing "something" other than sitting...doing nothing. Your diet is not the only thing that you need to consider for changing or for maintaining.
