Bodybuilding takes time. If you think you will attain your goals in 2 or 3 months you should not consider serious bodybuilding. However, if you are hoping to be serious for only a few months in order to attain a "better" physique, that's also a good goal. For those considering competition, plan on 2 years of serious working out before your first competition. Once you begin competing you will need to train hard year-in and year-out. There is no time off.
