Perhaps you came to this page expecting a list of great books that provide "quick" methods of losing fat or getting into great physical condition. The fact is, there's "NO" quick formula, book, pill, or magic spell that's going to reform you in 3 weeks - nor in 3 months.
You have 2 choices.
- Continue with your life as you have been doing up to now and remain in the physical condition you find yourself today.
- Begin working out at least 3 times a week, eating healthy, nutritious food, and if you are really serious you will be in "good" physical condition...in about 2 years...depending on your current condition of course.

Why No Books?
There are thousands of books being sold that relate to health, nutrition, fitness, fat loss, and every other "keyword" that prompts people to purchase the books. If you have done any research at all you would know that the only thing found in every one of the books is general information that does NOT work! It's the same information in every book simply re-worded in order to say that "my book is different". They take your money, make a great deal of money, and you are left in the same condition you were before you bought the book...or books.
Most people will continue to purchase the books because they believe that 'one' of those books has to work. The problem is that they are all theories. If any one of the books were full of facts and information that actually works, people would be using the information and there wouldn't be anybody in poor physical condition.
Garrison Body refutes the books and claims with science. Biology, physiology, biochemistry all provides insight as to how the human anatomy works. All those books attempt to convince you that they can work around or "cheat" (if you will) physiology. You can't make your body digest, expel, use or store food differently than any other human unless you have been chemically engineered. Those books are not going to work. Physical exercise in combination with proper eating is the only science to which your body responds positively.
