Can You Write Me a Diet Plan?

Yes. But before we do, consult with your physician to know for certain that you have no pre-existing conditions that could be compromised by following a healthy eating plan. You may have restrictions, or special food allergies about which we are not aware. We want you healthy. Our diet plan will be one that considers you and your body needs. Help us help you by knowing you have no special needs.

If you alter your daily routine from what information you provide us you are responsible to update us. We can not be responsible nor liable for adverse reactions, health issues or negative reactions as a direct or indirect result of any information we provide you. Our assitance is simply that. We provide a service of recommendations based upon information you provide. You must accept 100% of the responsibility for the outcome. Completing the requested information form on this page constitutes your signature that you agree L.T. Creations, LLC. (Garrison Body) is not responsible for any adverse or negative results either directly or indirectly related to the information we provide to you. Completing this form holds you, the consumer, 100% liable for any results. This also means the positive results you will have are a result of your taking action to better your health.

What does it cost?

You will be surprised to know that we can write a diet plan for just $35. per plan. We want to help you help yourself and make it as easy a process as possible. In order to do that we want to make our services very affordable. Each plan will include brief consulting in order to create your custom diet. The diet plan we will provide includes "suggestions" for the number of meals, food types and specific calories per day (based upon information you provide) that work best for your lifestyle. After you have used the diet plan for a few weeks you may want to alter the combinations of food, or add portions or perhaps increase your number of meals per day depending upon changes to your daily activity. Each consult or change will be considered a new diet plan.

Please be honest when completing the form request for your diet plan. We take your health very seriously. If you fail to inform us of a physical condition that may be compromised by our diet suggestions we can not be held responsible.
